Initial Tests & Measurements
Participants are required to take baseline tests prior to beginning the challenge. Some of these tests will be standard for all participants such as body measurements, weight, and before photos (not really a test, but a good way to note progress). Others will be individualized such as your fitness goal (i.e. time it takes to complete 50 double unders if you are trying to get more proficient with these). You will choose the fitness goal, and we will work with you to decide how to test it and determine how feasible it is given the time parameters. If you have other health-related goals, we may decide that additional initial tests will be helpful as well.
