CrossFit Class Schedule (all classes are 1 hour in length):

Monday-Wednesday: 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 6am, 9am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 6am, 9am, 5:30pm
Saturday: 9am, 10am

Open Gym Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 6:30pm
Saturday: 10am

Enroll in a Class
