How long have you been CrossFitting?

How did you find out about CrossFit?
I have many friends that also workout at Crossfit boxes. They were excited to share their success stories and seeing their results was motivating
What made you want to try it? 
I was having difficulty finding a workout routine that I enjoyed and looked forward to doing. I still enjoy running and weightlifting, but the great variety of workouts and movements that Crossfit offers keeps me looking forward to going to gym each time. The community feel and camaraderie and friendship that we share at Greater Lansing Crossfit is inspiring too.
What are your favorite CrossFit movements/workouts?
That is difficult to answer, but I think dead lifts because they are a simple, effective movement.
Least favorite?
Easy to answer, Box Jumps!
How has CrossFit positively impacted your life?
Fat loss, muscle gain, lower cholesterol and an increase in friendship!  I have been able to do things that I never thought I would have been able to do. It’s amazing how much your body and mind can change in 5 months!  With the proper training and practice, anything is possible.
