Winning the Challenge

How Can I Win?

Now to the fun part… the prizes!

Coaches will determine the winner(s) based on the following:

  • Weight-loss/inch loss measurements (if you are not trying to lose weight, don’t worry!)
  • Fitness goal acheivement
  • Effort (willingness to be held accountable, tracking food on a regular basis, making desired changes)

Depending on the number of participants, we may have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. This will be determined at or around the challenge start date. As you can tell, the prizes are awarded both objectively (retesting of baselines) and subjectively.

*Coaches who choose to participate in the challenge are not eligible to win prizes
